County ARES/RACES/ACS Leadership Staff - Duties and Responsibilities

The person in charge of SCCo ARES/RACES is the ARES District Emergency Coordinator (DEC), the RACES Chief Radio Officer (CRO), and the ACS Officer. His staff are ARES Assistant DECs (ADECs), RACES Deputy CROs (DCROs), Assistant ACS Officers.
