Packet and Voice operators will staff the K6MTV radio room at 1000 Villa (MTV EOC) and the Command Posts of neighborhood CERTs. We will be using the Mountain View Damage Assessment Summary form in addition to the usual forms (ICS 214, ICS 309, etc.) The scenario is a severe winter storm with trees down, flooding, and power outages. CERT teams will summarize the damage in their neighborhood for the Hams at their command post to report to MTV EOC.
