Credential/Endorsement Progress Tracking and Records

Credentials and Endorsements earned, and progress towards earning them, are tracked in the Training & Events Database on this site.

As a backup, operators may wish to track their own progress on paper using these forms. For the C4 Credential, the city RO must sign-off on the form and then submit it to the Credential Program Manager. See the Credentialing Program Handbook for more details on the awards process for credentials and endorsements.

Endorsements

When you complete a new activity towards earning a credential, it may take up to a week for the database to be updated to reflect that. If you haven’t seen the expected update within a week, contact the Credential Evaluator you have been working with or the Credential Program Manager (dthhrmyH|mn‑ares‑races.org).

When you complete one of the FEMA ICS or CSTI classes and want it to count towards a credential, send the certificate from the class to the Credential Program Manager. It’s best to batch them up, rather than sending individual certificates each time you take a class. You will receive a response when the information is checked and logged into the system. Please be patient; we’re all volunteers. But if you haven’t heard anything in a week, follow up with another e-mail.
