Question: What lets you practice at your own pace, improve your skills, challenge your capabilities, and have fun, all at the same time?
Answer: A contest!
This is an innovative and fun way to achieve all of the following objectives:
- Practice copying call signs
- Practice logging key information accurately and legibly
- Gain experience using multiple frequencies
- Learn how far your antenna can reach
- Have fun!
We have structured this event similar to the way a "sprint" contest is run. But we've made it so that even folks with just an HT can do well. And you can go as slow or as fast as you want. You don't even have to compete to participate.

There are no sign-ups. Just get on the radio Saturday morning April 4th, from 10am to noon, get some practice, and have fun!
