Los Altos Hams: Los Altos Kiwanis is planning a virtual Pet Parade this year. Residents are submitting short videoclips of their pets, and Kiwanis plans to show the clips as a virtual parade on their website, beginning at 10AM. LAARES hams will operate from their homes, using their HT or mobile radio. Participants will check in on the net and receive a tactical call, and then monitor the Kiwanis virtual parade while participating from home on the LAARES net. This is a fun and low-key event.
