This radio exercise is designed to evaluate the capability of handheld radios to communicate with the Los Gatos EOC from various ICPs.
Another goal is to identify which GMRS simplex channels can be used without causing cross-interference to other intra-Los-Gatos communities to support the development of a City frequency communications plan for fire evacuations.
