Details
- Bring a laptop that can get on a wired network and a CAT5 cable. The first exercise assumes you have a Microsoft Windows PC.
- If you have a mesh node, bring it along. Your mesh node should have BBHN v3.0.0 or greater.
- If you don’t have a mesh node, we will have some for you to work with.
- Please download and install the FREE program Angry IP Scanner (http://angryip.org/). If you don’t have a Java RTE installed, it will prompt to download and install that as well. We will use this program in the exercises to scan the local network (the network tool “ping” does not work with Windows 10).
