City of Santa Clara 2017 Art & Wine Festival second day of activity. The day will be split up into 2 shifts. Positions available consist of tactical net control, resource net control, and rovers. Contact KD6DIF for specific position requests.
This will be an approved event for MAC credit. There will be a county activation number available as well as a City of Santa Clara activation number. MACs must use the resource net and follow all standard county procedures. Evaluations for MAC qualifications are currently not anticipated.
NOTE: To support this event, all operators must have a valid Live Scan from his/her local city in Santa Clara County, or from the County of Santa Clara, or from the City of Santa Clara. All operators who are not MACs or City of Santa Clara RACES members must show proof of valid Live Scan or they will not be allowed to work the event.
All operators with valid Live Scan who are not MACs nor City of Santa Clara RACES members will be required to sign a DSW registration form and be sworn in on site before their shift begins which will cover the operator for the duration of the shift.
