Purpose:
Discuss organizational and management ideas, strategies, best practices. Synchronize planning, operations, expectations.
Attendees:
City ECs and AECs and county ADECs are welcome. At a minimum, each city/agency should be represented by at least one EC/AEC who is authorized to represent their group.
Agenda:
- County-wide drill on Oct 27
- Changes to operations to comply with DSW/V program requirements
- Updated Mutual Aid process
- Recruiting Ideas
- Response to ARRL ARES Strategy
- Roundtable (any relevant topics)
