Discuss organizational and management ideas, strategies, best practices. Synchronize planning, operations, expectations.
Attendees:
All City ECs and AECs and county ADECs are welcome.
Agenda:
- 2019 county exercise calendar overview
- Quarterly drill - scenarios for each city
- Allied Health site radio status - updates from each city.
- New credentialing program
- Roundtable: City activity reports, best practices, suggestions, ideas

Parking:
Please park in the lot across the street from the Sheriff's building. No permit is required after 5:00 PM.
