Clicking on the "Modify an Event" link will first display a list of events that you can modify. These are typically events that you have created. If you are an EC or AEC, you can also modify events created by anybody on your city's roster.
After you have selected the event to modify, the following page is displayed
Update the information as needed and press the "submit" button.
